BRIEF

OROS is a crowdsourcing app for question & answer. Where questions are asked, answered, by its community of users nearby. The App is going to be launching on April 3, 2018.

MY ROLE

I worked with stakeholder to create their vision for this app. I applied my native user experience’s and best practice to build for both platform. My obligations include...

- Understand users feedback to improve the app.
- Understand user work flow.
- Visual identity and branding of the app.
- Ideated and UI solutions.
- Work closely with developers on the final handoff.

CHALLENGE

Few questions that we had to ask ourselves, Is all feedback helpful? Does our app qualify as a ‘burning platform’ that is urgent and important? Since this was a new project, we had to identify the solution based on user feedback.

SOLUTION

To create a crowdsourcing platform that allows vast range of users provide huge diversity in their experiences of that questions. It was also important we built a platform that was intuitive but compelling enough to keep early adopters interested and engaged. Based on numerous feedback cycles, we made appropriate updates to facilitate the best user experience.
