BRIEF

VoIP Portal is a analytics platform that allowed users to create, sync data across multi user seamlessly.

MY ROLE

I worked with the stakeholders and the end-users to figure out the following.

- Understand users and their pain points.
- Understand user work flow.
- Identify the main goals and objectives for each feature.
- Work closely with developers on the final look and feel.
- Create UI Assets style guide.

CHALLENGE

The end-users consistent of people from different generations and technical backgrounds. It was important we built a platform that was intuitive enough for people resistant to change but compelling enough to keep early adopters interested and engaged.

SOLUTION

Develop a dashboard interface that is simple and intuitive allowing users to easily sync with other users data seamlessly. Continuous user acceptance and usability testing to improve the process. Agile development where we focused on delivering small parts of the solution incrementally instead of the whole solution at once.
