Introduction
IPN Online is a nonprofit platform where Ismaili professionals and community leaders collaborate, find careers, and give back. The problem was never ambition — it was density. Years of accumulated features had produced an ecosystem people struggled to navigate. I owned the product design end to end, rebuilding the structure so the depth stayed but stopped getting in the way.

The Challenge
A large amount of genuinely useful information, with no clear hierarchy holding it together. People could not find what they came for, and the experience felt fragmented enough that they stopped looking. Layered on top of that: several stakeholders with competing views on what deserved prominence.
The Solution
Clearer information architecture, navigation that matches how people actually move through the platform, and a visual hierarchy that surfaces the important actions earlier in the journey. I reorganised the structure to cut cognitive load without stripping out depth, and built it to scale so the next round of features would not break usability again. It reads as one system now, rather than several stapled together.
